In a High-Scoring showdown, the Indiana Pacers triumphed over the Detroit Pistons with a score of 131-123. Benedict Mathurin led the Pacers with an impressive 30-point performance, supported by Tyrese Haliburton’s 14 points and 16 assists. This victory followed Indiana’s recent loss in the NBA In-Season Tournament final against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Detroit’s struggles continued as they marked their 20th consecutive loss, setting a franchise record. The Pistons’ losing streak is also among the longest in NBA history, matching the Houston Rockets’ 20 straight losses in 2020-21. The Philadelphia 76ers hold the league record with 26 consecutive losses in a single season in 2013-14.

Elsewhere in the league, the Houston Rockets secured a 93-82 win over the San Antonio Spurs, who faced their franchise-record 17th consecutive loss. Despite a strong performance from the Spurs’ top pick Victor Wembanyama, including 15 points, 18 rebounds, and five blocks, Houston maintained their dominance.

In Philadelphia, the 76ers dominated the Washington Wizards with a resounding 146-101 win. Tyrese Maxey’s game-opening 14-0 run and Joel Embiid’s 34-point, 10-rebound display contributed to the Wizards’ struggles, marking their second 75-point halftime deficit against the 76ers this season.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat narrowly edged past the Charlotte Hornets 116-114, thanks to Duncan Robinson’s stellar 24-point contribution and a season-high 19 points from Kevin Love off the bench. Terry Rozier’s impressive 34-point performance for the Hornets wasn’t enough to secure a victory.

The Milwaukee Bucks triumphed over the Chicago Bulls in an overtime battle, with Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 32 points and 12 rebounds leading the way. Despite a 41-point display from DeMar DeRozan, the Bucks secured a 133-129 win in overtime.

The Orlando Magic High-Scoring a 104-94 win against the Cleveland Cavaliers, fueled by Paolo Banchero’s 20-point performance. The Cavaliers struggled, shooting just 2-for-17 from beyond the arc in the third quarter.

The New York Knicks emerged victorious against the Toronto Raptors with a 136-130 win, led by Julius Randle’s 34 points. Despite the absence of Mitchell Robinson due to injury, the Knicks capitalized on a strong offensive performance.

In Atlanta, the Denver Nuggets held off a late comeback from the Hawks to secure a 129-122 win. Jamal Murray’s 29 points and Nikola Jokic’s 25-point contribution helped Denver end their three-game losing streak.

The New Orleans Pelicans defeated the NBA-leading Minnesota Timberwolves  High-Scoring 121-107 behind Zion Williamson’s season-high 36 points. CJ McCollum’s crucial 3-pointers in the fourth quarter sealed the win for the Pelicans.

Lastly, the Dallas Mavericks extended their winning streak to three games with a 120-113 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. Luka Doncic’s 35-point performance and Dereck Lively II’s double-double of 16 points and 16 rebounds propelled the Mavericks to victory.
