No. 1 Pick: Zaccharie Risacher, Atlanta Hawks Risacher only played two games, making it difficult to gauge his full potential against NBA-level competition. His efficiency was typical for a rookie in the NBA Summer League, shooting 11 of 27. Though raw, Risacher will benefit from playing alongside Trae Young.
