Wilson showcased his impressive skills, averaging 21.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 0.6 steals over five games. He shot an efficient 47.3% from the field and an outstanding 55% from three-point range, leading the Nets to a 3-2 record.
In the Nets’ Summer League finale against the Charlotte Hornets, Wilson played 22 minutes and contributed 12 points. Among players who participated in at least three games, Wilson was the second-leading scorer in the Summer League, only behind Los Angeles Clippers’ second-year forward Jordan Miller. Wilson had three games with 25 or more points and recorded a standout performance with a team-high 33 points and 10 rebounds in a 102-100 victory over the Orlando Magic.
Jalen Wilson, the No. 51 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of Kansas, significantly raised his profile during the multi-week event in Sin City.
