Giannis Antetokounmpo had an explosive 59-point game, leading the Milwaukee Bucks to a 127-120 overtime win over the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night. His 59 points are the highest by any NBA player this season and represent his second-highest career score, just short of his 64-point performance against Indiana last year.

Antetokounmpo couldn’t be contained, making 21 of 34 attempts from the floor and achieving an outstanding 16-for-17 at the free-throw line. In addition to his scoring, he pulled down 14 rebounds and provided seven assists. Also, supporting the comeback of the Bucks from an 18-point deficit in the second half.
