Gobert Anchors Timberwolves’ Win

Rudy Gobert displayed his defensive strength while the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 109-80. Gobert achieved his ninth double-double of the season, finishing with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and one steal. Considering the team’s determination, he remarked, “We consistently held one another accountable.” Beginning games with a defensive approach positions us to secure victories each night.

Young Bosnian Luka Garza scored six points from the bench, while French rookie Armel Traore added four points and a block in a few minutes for the Lakers.

Bogdanovic Extends Three-Point Streak

Although he faced challenges with his shooting, Bogdan Bogdanovic made a three-pointer to increase his streak to 98 games, aiding the Atlanta Hawks in defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 124-112. Bogdanovic recorded 12 points and subsequently remained in the gym for additional shooting drills.

The French player Zaccharie Risacher netted 13 points, while Clint Capela excelled on the glass with 17 rebounds. For the Pelicans, Daniel Theis recorded three points and four rebounds.

Queta Lifts Celtics Past Heat

Portuguese center Neemias Queta stepped up with four points, seven rebounds, and two blocks as the Boston Celtics eased to a 108-89 win over the Miami Heat. Jaylen Brown led Boston with 29 points.
