Stephen Curry’s 28-Point Show vs. Nets
On November 25, Stephen Curry scored 28 points, made eight three-pointers, and provided seven assists in the game against the Brooklyn Nets. Despite losing 128-120, Curry’s exceptional shooting skills helped the Warriors stay competitive in the game. In only 29 minutes, he made 50% of his three-point shots and didn’t miss any free throws.
Buddy Hield Heats Up Against the Thunder
Buddy Hield took on a bigger role on November 27 while Stephen Curry was not playing. In the Warriors’ 105-101 defeat against the Oklahoma City Thunder, he made 17 points, all of which were scored from three-point range. Hield contributed with five three-pointers to energize the Warriors as a reserve player. Even though he fouled out towards the end, his presence positively impacted the team, ending with the highest plus-six rating.
Draymond Green’s Defensive Grit vs. Suns
Draymond Green displayed his characteristic defense against the Phoenix Suns on November 30. Assigned with the responsibility of defending Kevin Durant. Moreover, Green held the high-scoring player to 21 points by only making 7 out of 20 shots. Green also made an offensive impact, putting up 13 points and dishing out seven assists. His overall influence was highlighted by the three defensive plays (two steals and one block) he made, even though the Warriors lost 113-105.
