The 36-year-old tallied a season-best 36 points in 36 minutes, assisting the Warriors in finishing a tough road journey with a 4-1 mark.

The Warriors started with a 30-point advantage, yet the Thunder fought back, reducing the deficit to only six points. Nonetheless, Golden State fended off the comeback and evaded overtime, demonstrating toughness after a recent overtime close call against the Rockets.

Kuminga’s Spark in the Second Quarter

Jonathan Kuminga had a crucial impact, netting 12 points in the second quarter to turn a seven-point shortfall into a seven-point advantage. Kuminga went 5-for-6 in the quarter, displaying his versatility with three-pointers, mid-range shots, and a strong dunk. Green also transitioned to center, aiding the Warriors in managing the Thunder’s guard-dominant lineup.
