LeBron also reminisced about his positive experiences in Las Vegas while playing with Team USA before international tournaments, emphasizing the city’s consistent hospitality and warmth. He believes it’s just a matter of time before Las Vegas secures an NBA team and expressed his desire to be part of that journey.

LeBron has been consistent in his desire to own an expansion franchise in Las Vegas. He’s already a partner in Fenway Sports Group, which possesses the Boston Red Sox and holds a minor ownership stake in the English Premier League’s Liverpool FC.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver indicated earlier this summer that the league would contemplate expansion once it finalizes a new media rights agreement.
