Ice Cube conceded that it was difficult as he thought about his decisions. After thoughtful deliberation, he chose Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, and Shaquille O’Neal. He placed Jordan as his shooting guard and Bryant as the small forward. Ice Cube expressed certainty in his selections by saying, “You can’t top that.”

Warriors Fans and Steph Curry

Fans of the Warriors could make a case for having Steph Curry in the starting five of all-time greats. While Curry didn’t make Ice Cube’s list of all-time players, his respect for him is clear in the players he chose for his current roster.

Ice Cube mentioned Curry as part of his starting five when asked about today’s players. Ice Cube told Poole that he would choose Giannis Antetokounmpo as one of his options. “I continue to prefer Steph as my point guard.” Ice Cube selected Anthony Edwards from the Minnesota Timberwolves, LeBron James offrom the Los Angeles Lakers, and Nikola Jokić from the Denver Nuggets, in addition to Antetokounmpo and Curry.

Although Curry is not included in Ice Cube’s all-time list, it is evident that the rapper highly respects the Warriors legend. Adding Curry to his starting lineup showcases his recognition of Curry’s skills and influence in the game.
