Kings’ Coach Goes Wild after his team endured a gut-wrenching 107-108 loss against the Phoenix Suns, a game pivotal for their shot at the NBA post-season.

Kings’ Coach Goes Wild After Referees’ Decision Led to a Disappointing Defeat

In a deeply chatty post-game interview, Brown wasted no time, telling the NBA referees that his team has been a victim of bias during the season, all throughout. He seemed to be about ready to explode as he was complaining then and there about the game officials who seemed to be against him and the Kings team. “Yeah, I am just surprised from where I am sitting. I can’t understand why we can’t get any calls from the NBA referees during the last quarter this way.” Explains the coach in a fury as his perception of the game is that it’s the judges who decide.

His discontent exceeded even the pervious match versus the Phoenix and had additional links from negative refereeing decisions. “Shai travel[ed] Oklahoma City; ‘ Good morning, Bluejays,’ Coby replied, completely oblivious to the fist he was about to get in the face.”

In another act of fire stirring, Brown deplored the Last Two Minute Reports, saying that they amount to nothing more than lip service while only making games more frustrating for teams fighting for playoff spots. “Then, by the [Last] Two Minute Report, this [referees] come out saying, Shai was travelling, Coby got smacked in his face,” and they all go home and have a peaceful sleep, while Coach was suffering the whole night because they four were playing for their playoff lives.”

The pain of losing to the Suns was even so dear to him and also it was decided with a difference of one point which could had been tied and he saw the referee’s role in such a game. “Bastard! How can they have hope? May be they were right,” was his reaction, the bitterness obviously built up.

Thus, the loss leaves Sacramento’s playoff chances on a thread and, as their record of 45-36 places them 9th in the Western Conference, it is doubtful that they will get a chance to win the championship. The roster now have them in a tense face-off with Portland Team Trailblazers, which, being either the first step to revive them for the rest of the season or as a trigger to their early outset.
